Why does Timepie ask to use alarms?+
Alarms let Timepie ring when time is up, even if the app is closed or the phone is locked. The first time you start a timer, tap Allow. If you tapped Don’t Allow, open Settings on your iPhone, go to Apps, then Timepie, and turn on Alarms.
Will it ring on silent or in a Focus?+
Yes. Timepie alarms ring when the phone is on silent and when a Focus such as Do Not Disturb or Sleep is on.
How do I set up Guided Access?+
Guided Access keeps the iPhone inside Timepie. Open Settings, go to Accessibility, then Guided Access, and turn it on with a passcode. In Timepie, triple-click the side button to start it. Timepie also has a step-by-step guide under Settings, Guided Access how-to.
How do I restore my Pro purchase?+
Open Timepie, go to Settings and tap Restore purchase. Use the same Apple Account you bought Pro with. Pro is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to renew.
How does iCloud sync work?+
With Pro, turn on iCloud sync in Settings. Your routines and photos sync between your iPhone and iPad through your own iCloud account. Voice recordings stay on the device where you made them. Both devices need to be signed in to the same Apple Account.
How do I delete everything?+
Delete a routine by touching and holding it in the Routines tab, then tapping Delete. To remove all Timepie data, delete the app from your iPhone. If iCloud sync is on, also open Settings, tap your name, then iCloud, Manage Storage, Timepie, and delete its data.
